Lounge 8800
6:00 am – 7:00 am

Lounge 8800 is a show dedicated to airing novelty songs,  champagne music,  and ballads from the 40s,  50s,  and 60s.  It features all the music that was thriving with the older generations during the early stages of rock n’ roll,  and still remains the antithesis to rock n’ roll.  You’ll hear Henry Mancini,  Stan Kenton,  Rosemary Clooney,  Andy Williams,  Jack Jones,  Jo Stafford,  Percy Faith & His Orcestra,  and even some Liberace.

Plays different genres of music – mostly rock n’ roll,  hip hop,  and dancehall.  Also new and popular music from the charts,  remixes and soundtracks.  A very upbeat show with little talking.  Fresh, lively and has a good groove.

The Luci Show
10:00 am – 12:00 pm

As a KOTO DJ for over twenty years my motto is “It’s gotta have a beat and you gotta be able to dance to it.”  There is a lot of disco on my show because I learned to like dance music while roller skating in Central Park NY,  and in the roller discos of the NY 80′s scene.  If you don’t hear something from SOS Band, Madonna,  Carl Carlton,  Kim Carnes,  Kylie Minogue,  David Bowie,  Steve Winwood,  Commodores,  Evelyn “Champagne” King,  or Atlanta Rhythm Section,  then you are not listening to “The Luci Show”.

3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

The Beat Goes On is a musical journey from the first to the last song. We’ll travel through the valleys, mesas, meadows, and mountains of the radio airwaves. Some areas may be well known whereas others are little known secrets. Open your ears and you will see the sonically radiant beauty that encompasses the Telluride, Placerville, Sawpit, Norwood, Ophir, and Mountain Village listening areas. Expect Anything.
