KOTO and Las Montañas proudly present the 12th Annual KOTO Doo-Dah featuring Lez Zeppelin, all-girl , all-Zeppelin band along with The Meditations, roots reggae. The Voles will open. Tickets are $27 in advance, and $32 day of show. Youth tickets are $20 in advance, and $25 day of show. Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets are available at koto.org and at the KOTO studios 9 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays, and Wizard Entertainment. Might you have some time to help KOTO with this fun event? Box office, beer booth, set-up, tear down, security and more. There are many volunteer positions that could fulfill community service requirements. To volunteer go to koto.org. Telluride Dance Academy is offering dance classes for adults and children all summer long. Adult classes occur weekly in various styles. Telluride Dance academy's summer dance camp is July 7-10, Monday–Thursday, for ages 9-11 The students will learn a variety of different dance forms such as ballet, jazz, and hip hop, as well as choreographing their own dance and exploring their talents in tumbling. The Second Chance Humane Society's 7th Annual Telluride Fur Ball is tomorrow evening at the Telluride Conference Center at 6 p.m. There will be a silent and live auction, dancing music and a doggie fashion show. Have your pet portrait taken by Gale Force Photography. Tickets are available in Telluride at Mountain Tails and The Telluride Vet Clinic; and in Ridgway at the Second Chance Thrift Store and the Ridgway Animal Hospital. Classical musicians and KOTO DJs, pianist Tom White and violinist Danny DeSantis are performing a concert this Sunday, July 6 at the Michael D. Palm Theatre at 6 p.m. Tickets are available at the door. The concert will also be aired live on KOTO at 6 p.m. during the Sunday Evening Classical time slot.

The Sheridan Arts Foundation and Barbed Wire Productions present the first act in their summer Singer/Songwriter Series, Patty Larkin, on Thursday, July 10. Circus Holus Bolus is coming to town on Friday, July 11 at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, July 12 at 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. at the Telluride Elementary School Gym Big Top. This Telluride Academy production is a show for all ages. Tickets are available at the door for adults and children.
The Telluride Repertory Theatre Company will be holding auditions for the musical "The Full Monty" on Saturday, July 12 and Sunday, July 13 from noon-5 p.m. at the Telluride Community Room, located on 231, E. Pacific St. Prior to that, you must set up a singing audition by calling Lutz at The Rep, 728 4539. Rehearsal will start on July 14. Performances will be at The Sheridan Opera House, August 20-24. Special Event: Put your dancing shoes on and shimmy down to the Ah Haa School for a night of salsa dancing on July 11 from 7–9 p.m. Whether you're a beginner or a dance extraordinaire, this will be a great excuse to get out of the house. VOLUNTEERS: The Ah Haa School is calling local and regional artists to submit art and services for our 16th Annual Silent & Live Auction on Friday, July 25. Ah Haa's annual event raises funds for ongoing educational programs and scholarships. Donations will be accepted now through Friday, July 18 at the Ah Haa School located at 300 S. Townsend Ave. The year's theme is Passport to India, however submissions do not have to be theme related. The Ah Haa School is also looking for volunteers to help before, during and after the auction. We need help with everything from setting up to bartending to out check out. Volunteers will earn class credit towards a favorite class, a t-shirt, free admission to the auction and good karma all around.
