Aubrey Mable Shares New Work of Note

Telluride Arts and the Augment Music Project have teamed up to fund area musicians in a whole range of recording and performance projects. KOTO News took the opportunity to speak with a handful of the grantees about their plans and hopes. First up is Aubrey Mable, a Telluride resident who records instrumental music as a solo act, and plays with Kathleen Hooper as the duo act LVDY. Mable’s grant will fund a project she calls “The Open Sea.”

    Created by local poet Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer, the poetry box is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and embrace a sense of community.
