DESCRIPTION:Yin Yang yoga is a combination of Vinyasa Flow (yang) incorporating Hatha and Kundalini with Yin Restorative poses. \nWe’ll be warming up with some movement and Vinyasa flow and settle into longer yin restorative poses. Best of both worlds. \nBring your own mat if you can; the library has a limited supply. This class is free and open to the public of all skill levels. Donations to the instructor are welcome. \nMiriah has been local to Telluride area for over ten years and have been teaching yoga for six years. She owns her own herbal business\, makes herbal products and co-hosts a weekly podcast. She also is an avid snowboarder\, photographer\, sticker artist and comedian.
