DESCRIPTION:Join Kaity Swick and Sally Harris Porter with Collaborative Trauma Solutions in a women’s empowerment group focused on fostering connections with like-minded women and developing deeper connections with yourselves and each other. We will incorporate somatic practices\, mindfulness exercises and practical tools rooted in mind-body awareness. This will be held in a group setting and will be a trauma-informed and non-judgmental space created to strengthen community and provide a safe space to express yourself. She is particularly passionate about working with clients around LGBTQIA+ issues\, women’s health\, and the mind-body connection. Through a somatic therapy lens\, she believes healing can emerge not only through words but also through mindful awareness of the body and its wisdom.
