This four-week creative series offers a gentle, supportive space to explore grief and life transitions through art-making. Each session invites participants to engage in guided, low-pressure creative activities designed to support reflection, grounding, and self-expression.

No art experience is needed. Participants are free to observe, modify activities, or step away as needed. Sharing is optional, and personal stories are never required. The focus is on healing the process of creative expression and the potential creation of meaningful heartfelt artworks.

This program is not therapy, but it is facilitated with care, respect, and an understanding that grief and trauma affect everyone differently. All materials are provided, and sessions are structured to prioritize emotional safety, choice, and mutual respect.

Space is limited to 10 participants, who are strongly encouraged to only sign up if they are going to be able to come for the entire 4 week journey. This class is free, and all materials will be provided. Students will work with a sketchbook, collage, watercolors, pastels, markers, and other drawing tools.
