DESCRIPTION:Join us for an hour of traveling through sound and the inner self! In this once a month community event\, we are healing the body and auric field with a multitude of sound frequencies. Chimes\, 432hz quartz singing bowls\, crystal tuning pyramids\, rain drums\, GALORE! We will also be holding space for group conversation\, weaving through topics of spirituality. Bring a blanket\, yoga mat\, water bottle\, journal\, and your psycho-spiritual discussion hat! After each sound bath\, we will be sticking around for group discussion for a duration of 30 – 40 minutes. Each month will have a different psycho-spiritual topic\, and will offer tools to integrate these themes into our daily lives.
