In this two-hour workshop, participants will learn to work with their nervous system to navigate challenging times and build self-regulation skills unique to their situation. Participants will create their own self-care compass that helps them to navigate stress and identify what measures could be restorative to their nervous systems. There will be a mix of presentation, writing prompts, and group discussion.

Betsy Lamberson is a parenting educator and nervous system coach who helps caregivers and professionals better understand behavior through the lens of stress and connection. Through her work at New Roots Parenting, she offers practical, neuroscience-informed tools rooted in co-regulation, self-awareness, and relationship repair.
