Yin Yang yoga is a combination of Vinyasa Flow (yang) incorporating Hatha and Kundalini with Yin Restorative poses.

We’ll be warming up with some movement and Vinyasa flow and settle into longer yin restorative poses. Best of both worlds.

Bring your own mat if you can; the library has a limited supply. This class is free and open to the public of all skill levels. Donations to the instructor are welcome.
