This exciting uphill foot race supports the Good Neighbor Fund, which offers emergency financial assistance for local individuals and families in crisis\u2014helping with housing, transportation, medical expenses, and more.<\/p>\n<p>The Rundola is family friendly and open to all\u2014whether you\u2019re a seasoned runner, a casual hiker, or just looking for a fun holiday challenge. The race kicks off at 7:30 a.m. at the base of the Gondola in Telluride and climbs to the top of San Sophia Ridge via Telluride Trail.<\/p>\n<p>Top finishers in each category and leading fundraisers will receive medals + prizes, and every participant gets a custom Rundola t-shirt.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Celebrate Independence Day with the Telluride Foundation at the 16th Annual Rundola on July 4th, 2026!
