Breathe, stretch, and reset with gentle yoga taught by Kristen Milord, Sundays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. This free, accessible class is open to all levels—no prior experience needed. Feel free to bring your own mat, or the library also has mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets available to use. This class if free, but donations to support the instructor are welcome.
