This special evening begins with a private reception in Falcon Room, followed by a multi-course dinner in Timber Room thoughtfully paired with wines from Mauritson Wines and Loam Vineyards.

Throughout the experience, Clay will share rare library selections, limited-production releases, and the stories behind the vineyards that have shaped his family’s winemaking journey across six generations.
