We are a MOBILE family business offering non-competitive Gymnastics, Preschool Spanish, & Dance classes to the San Miguel County area.

Tia Uphoff was a competitive gymnast and an instructor for 20+ years, helping children develop balance, flexibility, strength and proper tumbling techniques while using positive reinforcement and encouragement for success.

Infant to Age 5 — Padres & Pequenos Class – $10.00 per class

This class invites adults & kids to participate in Educational songs, in English & Spanish, with intro to gymnastics. Sign up at any time and get started weekly.

Fridays — 11:15-11:40 am @ Lone Cone Library Norwood

K to 3rd Grade week Session 8 Week Winter Session $150 for the 8 sessions.

Thursdays – 430-530 pm @ Lone Cone Library Norwood
