Join Kaity Swick and Sally Harris Porter with Collaborative Trauma Solutions in a women’s empowerment group focused on fostering connections with like-minded women and developing deeper connections with yourselves and each other. We will incorporate somatic practices, mindfulness exercises and practical tools rooted in mind-body awareness. This will be held in a group setting and will be a trauma-informed and non-judgmental space created to strengthen community and provide a safe space to express yourself. Kaity and Sally will guide the group with relevant topics and supportive tools, so all you have to do is show up with an open mind.
