According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, over half of the women and almost 1 in 3 men in the United States experience sexual violence in their lifetimes. April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, so this week on "Off the Record" KOTO News spoke with folks from the San Miguel Resource Center about sexual violence, resources available in the community, and what we can all do to create safer communities for everyone.
