The San Miguel Basin Forum newspaper has been a West End institution for some four decades under the local ownership of publisher Roger Culver. Recently, Culver sold the paper to Regan Tuttle, longtime editor of the Norwood Post. Tuttle sat down with KOTO to talk about taking over the business, and begins by recalling how she got her start in the Newspaper business.
