    Ski Patrol Rejects Contract Proposal

    December 10, 2025

The Telluride Ski Patrol Union has overwhelmingly rejected a contract proposal from Telluride Ski Resort, with 99% voting it down. Union president Graham Hoffman said the offer didn’t address core concerns, and warned that a holiday strike is likely if the resort doesn’t return with a new proposal soon. The resort argued its offer is competitive, and added a walkout could severely limit lift operations and impact local businesses. Community members urged both sides to reach an agreement quickly as ski patrol continues working without a contract.
