schedule an Access
Access is a live segment available around 4 p.m. each weekday. Anyone can schedule an Access to get 15-20 minutes to talk about an upcoming event or program. If you'd like to schedule an Access, fill out the form below or email Ben Kerr at ben@koto.org
submit a Commentary
Commentaries run after the newscast and are pre-recorded. Your commentary can be about any subject, and should be 3 minutes or less. The easiest way to submit a commentary is to record it on your phone’s memo or voice recorder app, and then email it as an attachment to the KOTO News Team at julia@koto.org and news@koto.org
Alternately, stop by the station and head upstairs to Ben’s office to record your commentary on site. Commentaries must be received by 4 p.m. to air on the same day’s news program.
