Telluride Dance Collective (TDC) & Palm Arts present MASS MOVEMENT tonight, Friday, October 4th, at 7pm at Palm Theatre! Mass Movement is a celebration to find what moves you. Tomorrow, Saturday, October 5th, swing on over to the West End for the 8th Annual Heritage Festival in the beautiful Nucla Town Park. Listen to two bluegrass bands this year, The Grand Avenue from Paonia and The Foggy Memory Boys from Taos, NM. The festival features a Fall Farmer's Market, heirloom veggie display, face painting, the HatHive's design your own hat, send a postcard from the Festival, face painting for kids, regional hard cider, local apple dessert's & fresh-cut flowers for sale, local jam and other cottage foods, arts and craft vendors and local food vendors offering pizza, tacos and healthy wraps for lunch!

Original Thinkers will host a free movie screening of "STORY AND PICTURES BY" - a captivating documentary exploring the vibrant world of children's picture books - for families with children 12 and under on Saturday, October 5th, at 2:30 p.m. at the historic Sheridan Opera House.

Join EcoAction Partners, Patagonia Telluride and Zero Food Print with support from San Miguel County for a Healthy Soils community event on Thursday, October 10th! Reception at 5 p.m. at Patagonia Telluride, followed by a screening of the film Kiss the Ground at Wilkinson Public Library at 6 p.m.

The Towns of Telluride and Mountain Village and EcoAction Partners are holding an Electric Vehicle Ride & Drive event on Friday, October 11th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Telluride at the Carhenge parking lot.

This Fall the Med Center is again encouraging the community to schedule their annual prevention visits before the year ends. It’s that time of year again for the annual election for KOTO’s board of directors, the San Miguel Educational Fund. This year, there are two open board seats. Elected board seats serve two-year terms.
