Telluride Rotary Club meets today, Wednesday, November 6th, from 5:30 - 7 p.m. via Zoom. Anyone with an interest in networking and service is welcome to drop in as a guest. Hey savvy ski swappers, do you have items to sell in this year’s swap? Get your tags in advance at the Purple House on Pine through 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 7th, or get tags at the drop-off at Wilkinson Public Library Garage on Friday, November 8th from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tags are $1 each, cash only.

On Friday, November 8th, Prospect Basin in the Telluride Ski Resort will be closed to all traffic and uses while the Telluride Ski Patrol conducts a Howitzer firing mission. Please avoid the area, and stay away from both Prospect Ridge and Gold Hill Ridge.  Signs and closures will be posted at all entrances to the basin. Telluride Education Foundation's (TEF) Fall Raffle Fundraiser is live now, featuring two awesome prizes to get you ready for the ski season: an unrestricted '24-'25 season ski pass and a pair of Wagner skis!! Ticket sales end at 1pm this Friday, November 8th, and the drawing will be one hour later (2pm on 11/8) in the lobby of the Palm Theater. You do not have to be present to win. TEF will contact you via phone and/or email by 3pm on Friday if you have won a prize.

Attention High School students and parents, join True North Youth Program and College Counselor Rick Williams for an important workshop on how to access Financial Aid for College, Continuing Education Certification, Career & Technical School, or Trades School! Learn about the updated deadline for the FAFSA, the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. This FREE workshop is meant for both students and parents and will be delivered over Zoom on Tuesday, November 12th, at 7pm.
