The San Miguel Educational Fund – that’s KOTO’s governing board – is holding annual elections for two regular board seats as well as bylaws revisions. Ballots have been mailed to SMEF members, and are due today, Thursday, December 5th. Drop off ballots at KOTO Studios (207 N. Pine St, Telluride); the ballot box is located in the 2nd floor lobby.
