The Telluride Historical Museum will reveal the newest Weatherford Gallery annual exhibit tomorrow, Thursday, June 6th, with a FREE public reception. The exhibit "You Are Here: Opportunity, Exploration, and Endurance in the San Juan Mountains" features rare and unique historical maps that tell the story of how the American Southwest came to be navigated, understood, and exploited. Seas of Trees will be presenting a slide show at Patagonia Telluride today, Wednesday, June 5th, at 5pm about their local and global tree planting efforts. Come meet Kiran Karjit, a tree planting partner from Kathmandu, Nepal. There will be a raffle, and an opportunity to buy local native sapling trees to plant in your own backyard.
