The San Miguel Educational Fund – that’s KOTO’s governing board – holds a regular meeting today Monday, July 15th at 5:15 p.m. in the Telluride Room at Wilkinson Public Library. The public is invited to attend, and the meeting agenda can be found at koto.org.

Drummers & aspiring drummers, head to the Wilkinson Public Library on Monday, July 15th, for West African Drumming and Dancing on the lower terrace at 5:15 p.m. Djembes provided!  All ages welcome, but children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Sign up at telluridelibrary.org/events.

The San Miguel Basin Fair events early this week include the Market Pig Weigh-In at 6 p.m. tonight, Monday, July 15th; and tomorrow, Tuesday, July 16th, Youth Dance Lessons at 12 p.m. and Beef, Lamb, Goat and Small Animal Weigh-In at 4 p.m.

Got some talent and want to show it? Want to find a like-minded community of jammers? Head to The Alibi on Mondays this summer from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. for Open Mic Night!

Telluride Museum’s historical walking tours take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays this summer. Learn the amazing stories of Telluride's past on this guided walking tour through town. The tour leaves at 1pm from the museum porch (at the top of Fir Street).

Wednesday, July 17th, bring your family to Mountain Village’s Market on the Plaza at 11 a.m., and enjoy a fun-filled story time with songs and stories with Carli and Jackson from the Wilkinson Public Library! This is a free event for young ones and their families.

Telluride Rotary Club meets Wednesday, July 17th, at noon at Wilkinson Public Library. Anyone with an interest in networking and community service is welcome to drop in as a guest. Check out the FREE Bears of Alaska photo exhibit this Wednesday July 17th, from 4-6pm at Patagonia Telluride! Photographer Tony Newlin will share his adventures with the Bears of McNeil River Sanctuary and Katmai National Park in Alaska. Snacks and refreshments provided by Lunch Money.
