The 27th annual Black Canyon Quilt Show takes place Friday, July 12th through Sunday, July 14th at the Montrose Pavilion. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday. The quilt show features approximately 150 quilts; a variety of vendors, classes and a Saturday afternoon lecture by guest teacher and quilt artist, Laura Loewen; a charity boutique benefiting the Sleep in Heavenly Peace bed project; and a raffle quilt entitled “Desert Blooms,” which was pieced by Guild members and quilted by Glenda Davis.
