Get ready for school at the Back to School Fair! Today, Tuesday, August 13th, from 4-6 p.m. at the Wilkinson Public Library there will be community and financial resources, school health and immunization registration, school supplies, loteria games, prizes, and more! It's an event not to miss!

Tonight, Tuesday, August 13th, head over to Telluride Arts HQ at 6 p.m. for Chamber Music Happy Hour, featuring Travis Fischer on piano, Danny D’allessandro on saxophone, and Annie Foxen on violin.

The 44th annual Telluride Mushroom Festival takes place Wednesday, August 14th, through Sunday, August 18th. Free workshops, book signings and yoga sessions all weekend long. Wednesday, there’s a FREE opening reception featuring live music from Quattlebaum and High Country Hustle at 4:30 p.m. at the Sheridan Opera House! Durango bluegrass standouts the Stillhouse Junkies play The Alibi on Thursday night at 10 p.m. The annual Mushroom Parade will be Saturday, August 17th at 4:30 p.m. on Main Street. Get your costumes ready!

The Sunset Concert Series takes place in Mountain Village tomorrow, Wednesday, August 14th, at 6 p.m. Check out the Latin grooves of Nosotros!

Telluride Gold Kings play at The Alibi tomorrow, Wednesday, August 14th, from 7-9 p.m. Can’t make the Wednesday show? The Gold Kings will play at the historic Sheridan Bar on Thursday, August 15th, from 6-8 p.m. Both shows are FREE!

Make new friends and explore the Telluride Storywalk with Wilkinson Public Library on Friday, August 16th! Bring your little one in their stroller and enjoy a fun-filled time. Meet on the east side of the Wilkinson Public Library building at 10:30 a.m. This program is designed for children 18 months-3 years and their caregivers.

Beyond The Groove Music Productions & TMVOA present the 2024 Music on the Green concert series from 5 to 7 p.m. on Fridays at Mountain Village’s Reflection Plaza. Friday, August 16th, enjoy the Southern charm of Emily Scott Robinson!

KOTO will be closing North Pine Street on Friday, August 16th, for our final Live @ the Drive concert of the summer. It’s a FREE community block party featuring live music from Chrome Velvet, food, drinks, & great times! Bring the family, bring your friends! The party goes from 5 to 8 p.m.

The Town of Mountain Village holds its annual Clean-Up Day next Saturday, August 17th, in the Meadows neighborhood. Volunteers are asked to arrive between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. to register, pick up trash bags and receive designated areas of where to clean up trash. The clean-up itself will take place from 10 a.m. to noon. After the clean-up, hang out in the Meadows between noon and 2 p.m. with a raffle and prizes!
