Young People’s Theatre’s Summer Spectacular brings the Little Mermaid to the Sheridan Opera House stage today, Saturday, August 3rd, at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Join twenty-seven hard working kiddos under the sea! Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance, no reservations or tickets needed.

Tonight, Saturday, August 3rd, the Town of Mountain Village presents the Movies Under the Stars summer outdoor film series! Head to Reflection Plaza in Mountain Village, bundle up & bring the family to enjoy this week’s film, Strange World. The FREE film screening begins at sundown, around 8:30 p.m.

The Mountain Village Police Department and Village Court Apartments are teaming up once again to host the twelfth annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6th from 5 to 8 p.m. The community is invited to join their neighbors, law enforcement and fire department teams at the Village Court Apartments for a free barbeque and family-friendly fun including ice cream social, corn hole, bouncy castle and tours of a police car, fire truck and ambulance!

Tuesday, August 6th, from 6-8 p.m., Augment Music Project presents Joint Point, live at Elks Park. This concert is FREE, so bring a chair and a friend, sit back, and enjoy the music!

Telluride Writer’s Table invites you to join local writers of all kinds on Tuesday, August 6th, for an evening of honing your craft. Please bring your usual writing tools. All are welcome. The Writers’ Table will be held every second and fourth Tuesday through August at 6:30 p.m. at Telluride Arts HQ West. Save the dates!
