Telluride High School Breast Cancer Awareness Club is initiating a Ski PE Pink Out Day today, Friday, January 24th. The club will be selling pink leis and baked goods at the bottom of Lift 7 at 12:30 p.m. Please wear your best pink outfits in support of breast cancer awareness and join the group for a pink out run at the top of Chair 7 around 3:00 p.m.

Dolores River Boating Advocates hosts their 12th annual Permit Party tonight, Friday, January 24th, from 6-10 p.m. at the Dolores Community Center. It’s a casual gathering to connect, exchange ideas, and discuss community and sustainability initiatives. The 35th annual KOTO Lip Sync Contest is tomorrow, Saturday, January 25th, at the historic Sheridan Opera House! We’re celebrating 30 years with our emcees, Ashley Boling and Suzanne Cheavens. The show is SOLD OUT. Any tickets that become available will be sold at the door on a first come, first served basis.

The San Miguel Educational Fund – that’s KOTO’s governing board – holds a regular meeting on Monday, January 27th, at 5:15 p.m. in the Telluride Room at Wilkinson Public Library. The public is invited to attend. The meeting agenda will be posted at koto.org when available.

The Alibi presents Open Mic night every Monday from 6-9 p.m. this winter, hosted by Sean Wilson of The Tell Tale Signs. Come out to share your skills and meet new friends!

Telluride Mountain School is excited to welcome the community to an Open House and Student Showcase on Thursday, January 30th, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at 200 San Miguel River Drive.
