The Telluride Girl Scout Troop are working hard to raise money for a year of activities and donating 20% of their proceeds to the Telluride Avalanche Dogs. They’ll be at Enchanted Forest Toy Shoppe today, Friday, February 14th, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Girl Scouts will also have a cookie booth in Heritage Plaza at the base of Lift 4 every Sunday afternoon through Sunday, March 16th. Down Valley folks, don’t fret! You can support the Girl Scout Troop & buy cookies at the Sawpit Mercantile this Sunday, February 16th, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Wilkinson Public Library and Telluride Arts present: Live Music in the Library! Kick off today, Friday, February 14th, with live Jazz music from the YAK Duo, “Yaz” Ishikawa and Kenny Goldman, from 5-6 p.m. This event is free and open to all ages.

Friends of Larry Hopkins are invited to celebrate Larry’s life & diverse involvement in the Telluride community tonight, Friday, February 14th, at 6 p.m. at the Telluride Elks Lodge. Telluride Ski School is holding a torchlight parade down the front side of the mountain this evening honoring Larry along with former ski schoolers Luigi Chiarani, Mike Pupko, and Teri Savelli.

The Telluride Mountain Club hosts Mental Health in the Mountains on Monday, February 17th, at 6:30 p.m. at the Sheridan Opera House.
